The YMCA utilizes ongoing volunteers in all of its departments. Ongoing volunteers support continued projects or programs. In addition to all other responsibilities, volunteers must adhere to the following abuse risk management functions: • Adhere to policies related to boundaries with children • Attend required abuse risk management training. • Report suspicious and inappropriate behaviors and policy violations. • Follow mandated abuse reporting requirements. • Adhere to job specific abuse risk management responsibilities.
